Product-Sheet
For research or academic purposes, this breadboard-style, open-housing picosecond laser is based on a Nd:YVO4 modelocked seed oscillator which is amplified in a Nd:YVO4 regenerative amplifier into the >20uJ energy regime at low repetition rates (1...1000 Hz). This laser is based on diode-pumping and semiconductor saturable absorber mirror (SeSAM) technology for modelocking. Included is a 19" rack controller with the laser diode and control electronics.
Synchronization and external triggering available.
Other specs and parameters may be offered upon request.
Pulsed, modelocked operation is self-starting and the 10ps-100ps operation shows excellent stability with respect to noise, modelocked-Q-switching instabilities and double pulsing. Modelocking is initiated by a Semiconductor saturable absorber mirror (SeSAM) optimized for this picosecond operation. The user can open the lid and make changes or additions to the laser as he wishes. This provides ultrafast laser research groups with an easy and cost-effective jump start to get going with ultrafast laser pulses at a wavelength 1064nm for leading research applications.
Applications include seeding of high energy Nd:YAG or Nd:YVO4 amplifiers at 1064nm wavelength, pumping of OPAs, frequency conversion, etc.
